I started Metta Personal Chef to bring care and connection to your table with delicious meals and thoughtful hospitality.
Drawing on my professional experience in beer brewing, baking, and chemistry, I bring a unique approach to cooking, both scientific and creative. I'm always trying to craft dishes that are reminiscient of the best moments in life, inspired by the vibrant flavors of New England and Mediterranean cuisines.
For me, a great meal is so much more than just what’s on the plate: it’s about the story of the ingredients and the joy of the people gathered around the table. While I love sharing that passion with others, at the end of the day, my goal is much more simple: to make your meal delicious and effortless. I look forward to making your next dinner truly special!

A term in Buddhism often translated as "loving-kindness," or the heartfelt desire for the welfare and happiness of others. It is also a meditation practice that seeks to cultivate this feeling of universal goodwill.
I aspire to embody metta in everything I do, and there's no better way to do that than in the kitchen! For me, preparing a great meal and providing exceptional hospitality are expressions of this practice.
